Bag Type Dust Collector
National Envirocare Engineers bag filter type dust collector is one of the most reliable & efficient method by which particulate matter can be removed from air/gas stream. Here the dust laden air passes through a fabric media accordingly dusts/particulate matter is eliminated from air stream.

Cyclonic type Dust Collector
Cyclone is the best type of mechanical SPM dust collector where dusts/particulate matters are separated duo to centrifugal force &by Inertia.

Advantage- Low Initial Cost & Maintenance, Simple Contraction & Operation.
Disadvantage- Low Collection Efficiency For The Particle 5-10 Microns.

Scrubber
The scrubber is the most important device to control of gaseous/smock pollutants from stack (i.e. unborn carbon, sulphur, nitrogen, halogen components etc). The principal mechanism is impacting of dust/fumes particles on the water (Liquid) droplets created by the nozzles. It is also suitable to collect hot, heavy & fine dust which is not soluble in water.

It is an air pollution control device. It captures the excess Floating Paint/ Lacquer Particles & relatively clean it by water or glass filter during painting.
Type- Dry Type, Wet Type, (With or Without Pump) & Table Top Mounting
Size- 3’ to 15’ width, 6.5’ height & 2’ to 4’ working depth. (As per requirement)

Air Cooling & Ventilation System
Airpollutech water evaporative type cooling system is one of the most reliable & efficient by which the atmospheric air gets cool and pumped into the department through GI ducting & grills. Due to negative pressure created by the fan the atmospheric air enters through pre-filter into the cooling media (may be spray type or pad type). Where the air gets cool near to its wet bulb temperature by adiabatic. Further the cool air pumped into the department through GI ducting & double deflection grill with volume control damper etc.
